Phil Trainer Recalled By Boro

Nuneaton Town have exercised a 24-hour recall to allow Phil Trainer to cut short his loan with Skrill North side Worcester City and it has been signed off by the Football Association.
Trainer will now go straight into the Boro squad for tomorrows eagerly awaited FA Cup tie with league rivals FC Halifax Town. The two sides fought out a 2-2 draw at The Shay earlier in the month.
Gavin Cowan has returned to light training as he continues his rehabilitation, Simon Forsdick and Andy Brown are still out with longer-term injuries. More good news for Boro comes after Peterborough and Birmingham City have both allowed loan players Michael Richens and Amari`i Bell to be available for cup selection this weekend.
